A. Entrance Requirements

  • The applicants must be a secondary school graduate and at least sixteen years of age.
  • The applicants must be of good moral character as certify by the school principal.
  • No admission must be made if reports required for entrance are incomplete. In exceptional cases, the students shall be considered temporary enrolled only to the first three months pending the submission of pertinent record. Compliance with admission requirements must be students' primary responsibility.

B. Study Load

  • Students shall carry only equivalent to the minimum number of units/hour prescribed for the semester in which he/she enrolled.
  • Strict adherence to the sequence of subjects are prescribed should be observed. Prerequisite subject must be completed first before taking succeeding subjects.
  • Candidates for graduation under two-year certificate program may be allowed to three units more than the prescribed curriculum during the last two-semester of the curriculum provided the student has the time to take additional load.

C. Attendance

  • Students shall governed by the set rules and regulations prescribed by the school administrator.
  • Students who is absent from the final examination in any case shall be given upon request if his class standing within the semester is passing. If the absence is not justifiable and class standing is below 3.0 or a grade of 5.0, failure grade is given.

D. Disciplinary administrative sanctions which may be imposed upon erring students are:

  • Any student who has incurred absences of more than 20% of the required total number of class and laboratory periods in a given time should not be given credit.
  • Dropping - A school may drop from its during the school year or term a student who is considered undesirable. The offense of cheating makes the offender an undesirable and may be dropped after being duly investigated.
  • Suspension - A school may suspend and erring student during the school year or term for a maximum period not exceeding 20% of the prescribed school days.
  • Expulsion -The penalty expulsion is an extreme form of administrative sanction which debars students public and private schools. To be valid and effective, the penalty of expulsion requires the approval of the Department of Education - Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. Expulsion is usually considered proper punishment for grass misconduct or dishonesty and/or such offense as hazing. Carrying deadly weapons, immorality, and drunkenness. Vandalism, hooliganism, assaulting a teacher or any other school authority or his agent or student, instigating, leading or participating in concerted activities leading to a stoppage of classes, preventing or threatening classes or entering the school premises. Forging or tampering school records or transfer forms, or securing or using such forged transfer credentials.

E. Dismissal

The school authorities reserve the right to terminate your enrolment if you are:

  •  Found guilty of violating any of the terms of your enrolment or students whose conduct is undesirable.
  • Consistently failed to meet the academic standard set by the school. You are required to maintain a passing grade on all your subject.
  • Consistently failed to keep your account current or to meet your tuition payment on time (therefore, it is important that you notify us if you cannot make specified payment on time so that we can consider granting a payment extension.

F. Postponement of Classes

No Faculty member for his convenience is allowed to postpone the holding of his class to any hour other that the officially scheduled without the official permission of superior. Neither is allowed to meet his student for class or consultation in any place, or room and time unless allowed to do so by his dean.

INC. (Incomplete) - is the grade given to a student who fails to complete the work in any course due to illness and other reasons beyond his control. INC. grade is allowed to make up his deficiency within the year from the time he receive such grade. However, DROPPED should be reflected in the transcript of any students who drops before the midterm examination. Any students who drawn after the midterm examination shall be given a grade of 5.0 or failure.
