Hereto is a story of a man who started his career as an ordinary worker in a shoe factory and rose to become the Chief Executive Officer of CSTC College, Inc. His, is a real life drama of hard – earned triumphs over poverty and other obstacles which threatened to prevent the man from fulfilling his desire to discover what was beyond this simple living he had.

As an administrator of a technical – vocational institution, Mr. Nelson D. Mendoza is driven by a strong desire to make education more responsive to the need for real reformation and development of students in the community to be globally competitive. He never ceased in implementing innovative programs that cater to a diverse student population.

As an educational manager, he is an achiever. He has multiplied his achievements, inspired by his vision to make a highly technological community of computer literate people from his own town and nearby. He has made changes not only in the physical aspect of our town, having the first TECH-VOC, but more so in the outlook and values of people. He is a visionary who is deeply committed to quality education, develops people and provides opportunities for advancement by giving employment, local and abroad, to his graduates. He, actually, has a strong PR with the community.

The testimonies of people who had the opportunity to work with him, very well speak of the man as a friend, colleague, a superior, a subordinate, and most especially as an educator. He would like to make the students, instructors and the community sees and feels that CSTC under his stewardship cares.
